Real life principles for real life change. This is a course centered on the real-life-art of experimentation. It’s about trying more new things (or old things you forgot about) more regularly in your daily rhythms. Doing small, simple experiments.

The course will integrate embodied play practices and tools to support tangible changes in our lives. Drawing on teachings from various wisdom traditions as well as empirical research on behavior change, the importance of community support, accountability & the neuroscience of play.

One of the cornerstones of active learning is experimentation. Experimentation is what every baby engages with constantly, what academic researchers do, and what Gandhi included centrally within his approach to nonviolence and the title of his autobiography [live experiments with truth] (from forthcoming Miki Kashtan article)
